For dealer principals and dealer groups
Your dealership's old records could be worth real money to AI companies.
I'll tell you if your store qualifies. Free. From a dealer principal who owned new-car stores for 25 years.
Discreet. Private. Free to explore.
A straight conversation, owner to owner
Free to you
I'm paid a referral fee by the data buyer, never by you, and only if your store is accepted.
You keep everything
Your records stay in your store. A buyer licenses a copy; your originals never leave.
A straight answer
In 20 minutes you'll know whether your store meets the buyer's criteria. No pitch, no pressure.
From one dealer to another
Years of deals are sitting in your store
I owned new-car dealerships for 25 years. I know what lives in a store's DMS, CRM and back-office files: years of deals, service history, F&I menus, and the policies that show how the place actually runs.
AI companies now license that kind of real business history to train their systems. Most dealers have no idea their old records might have value.
My job is simple. I'll tell you honestly whether your store looks like a fit. If it does, I'll help you apply. If it doesn't, I'll say so.

Ultimate Business Systems
How it works
Three steps. You decide at every one.
There's nothing to sign on our call and nothing to pay, ever.
- 1
A short call
Twenty minutes. We talk about what records your store keeps and whether it's likely to qualify.
- 2
You apply through my link
If it looks like a fit, I send you the buyer's application. You set up your store's profile yourself.
- 3
The buyer reviews
If they want your data, they make you an offer. You decide whether to take it.
What it costs you: nothing.
I'm paid a referral fee by the data buyer, never by you, and only if your store is accepted. If your store isn't a fit, you've spent twenty minutes and nothing else.
Who qualifies
A good fit usually looks like this
Every store goes through the buyer's own review. These are the starting points.
A U.S. franchise new-car store or dealer group
30 or more full-time employees
Several years of records
Deal files, CRM, service history, F&I, internal email, policies and procedures.
Records mostly in English
You can sign off for the business
Sold or closed a store?
Data from companies that are no longer operating may also qualify.
Confidentiality
Your customers' information comes first
On our call, we only talk about the kinds of records you keep. You don't share any files or customer data with me.
If you apply, the buyer explains how customer information is handled, including what gets removed or protected, in their own review and contract. You see all of it before you sign anything.
Have your own attorney or compliance advisor look it over. I don't give legal, tax or privacy advice.
Questions
What dealers ask first
Is it really free?
Yes. The data buyer pays me a referral fee, and only if your store is accepted. You never pay me anything.
What kind of data do they want?
Established business history: deal files, CRM records, service history, F&I, internal email, and your policies and procedures. Records should be mostly in English.
Do I lose my files?
No. You keep your originals. A buyer licenses a copy.
What about my customers' privacy?
The buyer explains exactly how customer information is handled in their review and contract, before anything is signed. Have your own attorney or compliance advisor review it.
How much could it be worth?
It depends on the buyer's review of your records. I won't promise a number, and nobody honest can before that review. On our call I'll show you what buyers are publishing right now.
What if we're not a fit?
Then I'll tell you so on the call, plainly.
Who are the buyers?
AI data companies that license real business records to train AI systems. I'll tell you which one fits your store on the call.
How long does it take?
Our call is 20 minutes. After you apply, the buyer's review sets the timeline, and it varies from store to store.
By appointment
